Gemma joined Denso as a product promoter for the various Trade shows in particular Mechanix at Exeter, Manchester, Birmingham and Sandown, and has done so over the last few years.

Also in 2010/11 Gemma was trained on the New concept Spark Plug TT and was then on the road promoting the product into the Garage network within the UK, this relied not only knowing the product, how it worked and the unique selling points, but discussing it with Mechanics and Engineers at all levels, also working on her own initiative finding Garages and having the confidence to Cold Call.

In my 40 Years in the industry at all levels of training this program is the first where I had phone calls congratulating us on how we trained our promotional staff and there depth of knowledge. Gemma can take a large amount of credit for this and the products success within the market.

In the years we have worked with Gemma the sales team have always found her hard working, reliable, and enthusiastic no matter what task has been set, from basic promotional work at shows, to customer focus marketing , to product presentation, and we are looking forward to Working with here in the future.
