If you are unhappy with or have a complaint about any service you receive from Crown Mobile Communications or our staff I would like to hear from you. Please contact me personally by telephone on 02476 447 844 or by email, roger-adey(at)crownmobile.co.uk giving me all details.

Terms & Conditions

We will, as we have been doing since 1993, always give a customer Best Independent Advice about which network, what tariff and which phone is the most suitable for their requirements.
We will ensure that, to best of our ability, that there is coverage in the areas that the customer wants to use the phone and that the amount for calls that they intend to make are commensurate with the tariff recommended. However, we can only work with the information that the customer provides and with the knowledge that the mobile phone networks do not guarantee continuous coverage nor continuity of service.
Before signing any network contract the customer will have the contract term and the minimum monthly cost explained to them.
If there is a promise of money or the supply of goods or service in the future after the signing of the contract this will be agreed in writing at the time of the customer committing to the contract and will be delivered at the time and in the manner stated on the Crown Mobile order form which the customer will sign and have a copy given to them together with the network contact.
In the event of the network not charging a customer the correct amount on their bill we will use our best endeavours to get this corrected with the network directly or if connected via a distributor seek their help to resolve the errors. We cannot be held responsible for the time that these corrections may take as we do not have direct control of the billing department of the network.
Should a customer be unhappy with any part of the service that they have received from Crown Mobile they may write to me with their problems and I will do my best to put matters right.
